Having met in ’space rock outfit’ Ozric Tentacles both Merv and Joie were drawn to the electronic sounds of the then early days of the ‘rave’ scene. Legitimately claiming to be one of the UK’s first live techno outfits they always intended on being just that – a live act!

Rue Royale

‘Shelly’, along with their kick drum, shakers and guitar resulted from a decision to jack in the ‘normal’ life and become a full-time band. Married couple Ruth & Brookln Dekker moved out, sold up and hit the road. That was back just in March 2008. They forged forward scheduling a 20 date European tour which boasted sell out concerts in Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.



Khoda

Khoda, by Reza Dolatabadi is a five minute short developed from 6,000 paintings. These are shown at a rate of 20 per second and the film took over two years to make. It’s simply beautiful!

Peter Matthew Kasen

But the solo expedition was a new venture and was herded on by the release of the EP ‘A Year Worth Forgetting’. This got him established with tour dates up-and down the west coast of the States. By 2006 he’d moved to Los Angeles recorded and released a 2nd EP ‘Antique Scars’, which opened additional doors through Arizona and the Midwest for further touring.
